When you are able to access the Rainbow Fountain, you choose one pet to bathe in it. Your pet will then be painted a random color.......halloween, mutant, red, green etc. It is random and you may not always like what it has painted your pet. The Rainbow Fountain was a regular daily freebie(like the wheel of fortune, giant omelette, coltzan's shrine, etc) when Neopets first started a few years ago. I've been playing for over 3 yrs, and I used to use it all the time!!
