Usukicon is just the name of the Festivites for usukis(example--grundo day is called Grundo Independance Day-usuki day is called Usukicon).....and no there is no PLACE called usukicon. I said this yesterday--to get the goodie bags, u have to buy them from the Toy Shop. My guess is that the Usuki Goodie Bags are filled with usuki related stuff.
