Corey, you are so lucky to have had the blackout miss you......It deffinately was NOT fun......but yet is WAS in a way too.....The parks were full, parents taking their kids out, when normally they would just be sitting at home. The streets of my city was filled with people walking around....something you don't see here usually. People came together--I was at my mother's(no power had to have BBQ for dinner, and since I live in an apartment, I dont have one!!) and everyone that lives in her building(including us) were all together....when I got home that nite, everyone in my building was sitting outside together....got to know almost everyone who lives in my building that nite--which I prob would never have met half of them under normal circumstances.....
