Creating 10 accounts just to gain neopoints is CHEATING. When you are able to access the Rainbow Fountain, you choose one pet to bathe in it. Your pet will then be painted a random color.......halloween, mutant, red, green etc. It is random and you may not always like what it has painted your pet. The Rainbow Fountain was a regular daily freebie(like the wheel of fortune, giant omelette, coltzan's shrine, etc) when Neopets first started a few years ago. I've been playing for over 3 yrs, and I used to use it all the time!!
